At Birdies Golf 719, we take the legal aspects of our business seriously. Our Terms and Conditions are designed to establish the legal boundaries governing the activities of our website visitors and customers. It is important to us that you understand the terms of engagement while you visit or engage with our website. Our Terms and Conditions are crafted to protect both our customers and our business.
Booking and payments
All bookings require full payment in advance. Rates are charged per simulator per hour rather than per person. Sessions are scheduled according to the reserved time, and late arrivals do not extend the play period.
rates and adjustments
Standard simulator rates are $40 per hour per bay on weekdays and $50 per hour per bay on weekends. In addition to standard hourly rates, guests may purchase Time Passes, which offer discounted play hours under specific pass options. All Time Passes must be fully redeemed within their validity period from the date of purchase and may be transferable depending on the pass selected. Birdies Golf reserves the right to adjust hourly rates, Time Pass pricing, or pass inclusions with notice provided on the website or in-store. Rates for private events are subject to adjustment depending on the specific arrangements and requirements of the reservation.
memberships
Memberships are non-refundable and transferable. All hours or benefits included in a membership must be used within the validity period, usually six to twelve months, after which they expire without refund. Membership hours may only be shared if the member is present or give an advise to the facility.
cancellation, no show, refunds
Cancellations made twenty-four hours or more before the booking will result in a ten percent charge. Cancellations between twelve and twenty-four hours before the booking will result in a twenty percent charge. Cancellations made less than twelve hours in advance, or failure to show, will result in a seventy-five percent charge. In cases of technical issues or emergencies caused by Birdies Golf, payments may be issued as Time Credits for future use. Time Credits are non-transferable and must be redeemed within their validity period.
Liability & Risk
Guests use Birdies Golf facilities at their own risk. Birdies Golf is not responsible for personal injury, theft, or damage to property arising from improper use of equipment. Guests are liable for damages caused by negligence or misuse of the facility.
Facility Conduct & Termination
Each simulator bay is limited to a maximum of four players unless otherwise approved. Guests must comply with all staff instructions and facility rules. Birdies Golf reserves the right to suspend or terminate a session without refund if rules are broken, equipment is misused, or unsafe behavior occurs.
